 | Mr. McMahon has practiced law since 1998, in all areas of corporate, commercial and real estate law. Mr. McMahon was the Associate Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Bracknell Corporation, a public company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq stock exchanges. Mr. McMahon advised management, the Board of Directors and the companies various subsidiaries on various matters including mergers and acquisitions, private and public financing, operational issues, corporate due diligence and governance. |
