 | Mr. Godard has practiced as a civil litigator since 1978. He has
extensive trial and appellate experience in a wide variety of litigious
matters. His litigation practice focuses on:

| Mr. Godard chaired a committee to propose revisions to the Essex Case Management Rules for construction liens and has presented seminars on construction issues to lawyers, professional and trade organizations. |
| Mr. Godard is fluent in the French language. |
| Mr. Godard is a past director of the Essex Law Association, the Infant and Family Program, Family Respite Services Inc. He has sat on numerous committees in the community and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, The Advocates Society, American Bar Association, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Essex Law Association. |
