Colin Bondy
Colin Bondy has practiced litigation, employment and labour law in the Province of Ontario law since 2008. He is also licensed to practice law in the State of New York since 2009.
Colin's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border commercial and civil litigation, labour and employment law, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property matters and class actions.
Colin has acted as Canadian counsel for several large U.S. based multi-national corporations.
Before being admitted to the Bar in the Province of Ontario, Colin clerked for the judiciary of the Superior Court of Justice for Ontario.
Colin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Essex Law Association, the American Association of Justice, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association.
