Daniel Ableser

Daniel Ableser has practiced in the area of civil litigation since 2011, after having articled with Kirwin Partners. He completed his law degree at the University of Ottawa. Daniel's litigation practice focuses on the areas of commercial disputes and employment law.

Daniel has tried cases before various levels of court and before boards and tribunals, including the Landlord Tenant Tribunal. Daniel previously worked with Legal Services at Elections Canada and with the City of Windsor Building and Development Department.
