David Halliwill

David Halliwill's practice is focused on corporate, commercial and real estate law. Dave's legal experience is supplemented by his business experience gained at the corporate office of a major Canadian bank.

Dave's corporate commercial practice focuses on assisting businesses with legal and business matters related to incorporation, shareholder agreements, leasing, purchase and sale transactions, and corporate due diligence. Dave's real estate practice focuses on residential and commercial purchases and sales, financing and mortgage transactions.

Dave is a graduate of the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and the M.B.A program at the Odette School of Business. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Essex Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
