Gary Wellman

Gary Wellman has practiced in the area of corporate, commercial and business law since 1979. He provides legal services to individuals and corporate clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial law matters, including real estate development and investment.

Gary provides advice on the appropriate legal and tax planned structures and agreements for transactions involving the purchase and sale of businesses. He advises on reorganizations, shareholder relations, corporate succession planning, mergers, financing and matters related to bankruptcy and insolvency, with an emphasis on owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial undertakings.

Gary is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Essex Law Association, Canadian Bar Association, Past President German-Canadian Business and Professional Association, Past Director Windsor Rotary Club and a former director of the Windsor/Essex County Development Commission. Gary continues to be involved as a director and advisor to many charitable and non-profit community organizations.
