John McMahon

John McMahon has practiced law since 1998, in all areas of corporate and commercial law as well as areas of real estate and property development. He advises individuals, management, and boards of directors on various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financing, operational issues and corporate due diligence and governance.

John was previously the Associate Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Bracknell Corporation, a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

John's corporate and commercial practice focuses on legal issues related to business acquisitions, incorporations, partnerships, financing, leasing, commercial real estate purchases and sales and mortgage transactions.

John is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Essex Law Association and has been active on many community boards including Family Respite Services and Catholic Family Services Bureau.
